Refund policy

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept any return of a product that was delivered.

However, we do provide a refund or a replacement, in the following cases:

1. Order no delivered: If your order was not delivered, either because of a problem with shipping or that it has been stopped by customs, we are here to assist and will offer you a full refund or sending a new package.

2. Product arrived damaged - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
